My approach

I believe in the power of therapy as a transformative journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I will incorporate evidence-based principals from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) depending on your needs.

Why I love this work

It is an honor being able to witness my clients on their healing journey towards growth and self-compassion. Creating a safe space for my clients to share their inner thoughts, emotions, and pieces of their lives is rewarding.

What I want for you

My role as your therapist is to collaborate with you to help you be more present in your life. Managing life with ease can be achieved through building resilience and identifying your strengths. Together, we will explore your strengths, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change.

My specialties, background, and personal interests

My clinical experience includes working with individuals and couples therapy, inpatient and outpatient work within the veteran population, substance use, and crisis residential treatment facilities. I have worked with diverse populations including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent individuals. A few of my specialities include working with adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and life stressors.
