If you are a Kaiser member, we have therapists on staff who can see you and take your benefits. However, this requires preapproval from Kaiser.

HOW TO OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FOR SERVICES

Please ask your Kaiser physician to write you a referral for mental health services at our referral partner:

Once you have obtained a referral, reach out to LGTC to register as a patient, and tell them you would like to be seen at San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center.
Upon completion of your patient registration, we will contact you to set up an initial appointment.
