We are in network with the following insurance providers:

Please note coverage can vary depending on your plan and policy.

We can also provide you with superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

To learn how much your unique insurance plan will reimburse you for an appointment with an “out-of network provider,” please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask how much will be covered for the CPT Code (session code) that matches the type of appointment you are coming in for. There are several potential advantages to seeing an out-of-network therapist, even if the cost is higher. Successful therapy requires a provider who is a good match for you. Because insurance companies limit the size and scope of their provider networks, it can be difficult to find an in-network provider who is qualified, available, nearby, and a good personal match. Insurance companies may also restrict services, limiting the number of sessions and the scope of the work and demanding justification of “medical necessity.” They may also request access to your confidential clinical files. Finally, most insurance companies contract with providers at rates that are far below market value, which means that providers with specialized qualifications may be underrepresented on insurance panels.

We accept payments made via credit card, debit card, HSA or flex spending cards, checks, and PayPal.

Lyra and Modern Health Benefits

We do have clinicians that accept Lyra and Modern Health benefits. Lyra and Modern Health are both working with businesses around the San Francisco area to give access to mental health care to their employees. These benefits are provided by certain companies to their employees. Ask your employer today about obtaining a mental health benefit through Lyra or Modern Health. All of our clinicians are accepting clients using a Modern Health Benefit.


We can provide you with a detailed receipt of your sessions, called a superbill each month. This document will have all of the all of the information your insurance company needs already on it. You can then send this superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement.


We have partnered with Reimbusify. It is an app designed to make getting reimbursed for the sessions you’ve paid out-of-pocket easier. You just send them the superbills we provide to you and they handle the rest. Find out more information at


Video & Phone Sessions

Video and phone sessions are a convenient solution for people who can’t find a specialist in their area or would rather not drive across town to an appointment. Research has proven that remote and in-person sessions are equally effective.
