Victoria Solari, LMFT, LPCC

Licensed Therapist, LMFT129483, LPCC 11597

I work with individuals who are navigating mood and anxiety challenges, life transitions, grief, loss, addictions, and trauma.

My clients engage in therapy as a resource for support. I help my clients explore their behavioral, emotional, and/or cognitive patterns and problem-solving strategies. My clients come to therapy to practice more vulnerability and authenticity with themselves and others, to work on self-acceptance and self-compassion, and to actively participate in their healing.
