Insurance verification
If you are looking to use insurance benefits, you need to register them here so we can verify your coverage and get you scheduled. Please click th “Verify your benefits button” to get started (Please specify SFStress therapy for the question “What service are you looking for?”)
Please note, we are in-network with the following plans:

- Blue Shield of California
- HealthNet/MHN
- Magellen
- Optum/United Healthcare

Once you have filled out the insurance form, a care-coordinator will be in touch with you as soon as possible. For general follow up questions, you can also email scheduling@sfstress.com if there are any other questions you have.

If you are a Kaiser member, we have therapists on staff who can see you. However, this requires pre approval from Kaiser.
You can always start out of pocket right away while you wait on your referral to us, sessions are $250 per session.
TO OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FOR SERVICES
Please ask your Kaiser physician to write you a referral for mental health services at our referral partner:

Once you have obtained a referral, reach out to LGTC to register as a patient, and tell them you would like to be seen at SFStress.
Upon completion of your patient registration, we will contact you to set up an initial appointment.
