Position Overview:

Compensation:

Part Time: $80 – $130 hourly

Responsibilities:

As a therapist at SF Stress and Anxiety Center, your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week or more
  • Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks
  • Keep your professional license up to date with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology
  • Complete progress notes in a timely manner
  • Attend mandatory yearly meetings, which serve as an opportunity to stay informed about any policy or procedural changes within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Be flexible and open to collaboration and professional growth
  • Be eager to build a caseload
  • Have a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master’s in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University
  • Have a California Psychologist License or California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License
  • Have relevant clinical experience working with clients using Evidence-Based Practices
  • Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
