My approach

My approach to therapy is humanistic, client centered, and solution focused. I aim to help you get in touch with your best self and provide you with cognitive behavioral skills that you can continue to use when therapy is complete.

Why I love this work

Connection is everything to me. I love helping clients feel connected to themselves and others. I appreciate how scary beginning therapy can be and like to help clients realize that while “the work” is not easy, it is often not as daunting as they may have feared and definitely worth the effort. Because I believe that growth and self development are lifelong endeavors, I enjoy providing tools so that when therapy is complete, clients can continue to practice their skills and receive the same results.

What I want for you

I aim for my clients to feel seen, heard, understood and capable of using the skills learned in therapy to become the best version of themselves. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them to envision and meet their desired goals.

My specialties, background, and personal interests

Spirituality has been my focus for many years, with the body mind connection of utmost importance. I believe that being present and really seeing another human is the best gift I can give or receive. I love connecting with myself by meditating, doing yoga and hiking. In addition, my latest passion is pickleball.
