I enjoy working with people who come from a variety of perspectives and situations. I highlight each person’s unique perspectives and skills to assist them in achieving their goals. I enjoy collaborating with people to overcome obstacles and find solutions to create positive change.

Everyone is unique with their own set of struggles, traits, and circumstances that bring them to therapy. I am able to work with people from wide backgrounds with a variety of issues.

People seek treatment with me for a number of reasons. They may want support and understanding during a stressful time in their life. Some want to find resolve in a particular situation. Others seek therapy to change habits or negative thinking patterns. People may want to achieve increased personal fulfillment by obtaining insight and clarity. Finally, people may want to find meaningful connections in their relationships. It’s my privilege to help people on their sacred path of dynamic growth.

My approach

While relationships can be challenging, I also find that relationships can be transformative. I collaborate with individuals by helping them discover and highlight their strengths, empowering them to transform self-defeating thoughts or behaviors, and finding resolve to the issue that have brought them to therapy. I will work with you to create a path incorporating your values and experiences to reach your goals. I provide person-centered therapy through eclectic strategies and techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, Humanistic Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to name a few, depending on the individual’s needs. Clients are empowered to identify and utilize their strengths for their own fulfillment and growth.

Why I love this work

I enjoy supporting and witnessing the growth and transformation in the person’s lives through therapy. I am excited to see the change that occurs when a person incorporates their personal experience with their goals to create fulfillment and joy in their everyday life. I love to hear your unique story, and to work with you to create meaning from your experiences in life.

What I want for you

I want you to overcome challenges and obstacles that may be holding you back from your full potential by developing your tools, imagination, and initiatives. Working together, we can harness insight from difficult situations and circumstances to create inner peace and joy and find success in your circumstances. I want to work with you to create your personal path for creating lasting change in your day to day life.

My specialties, background, and personal interests

My experience includes helping people navigate difficult circumstances in order to cultivate positive change in their lives.

I have worked with a diverse range of people; those who are facing difficult life transitions, as well as those struggling with feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem. I also work with clients who suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, mood disorders, substance use and those who want to heal from traumatic events.

When I’m not working I enjoy socializing with my friends and family. I love to read, travel, play games, and spending time with my dog, Brody.
