My approach

I like to incorporate methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic work, attachment, and a collaborative framework. Therapy can be challenging which is why I believe that it is important for my clients to have full autonomy over their therapy journey. I am here to offer unconditional support while also challenging negative thought patterns.

Why I love this work
I love to be a part of someones healing journey. As someone who has struggled with their own mental health since childhood, I know how challenging and alone it can feel which is why I want to be a support system for my clients.
What I want for you

My hope for you is that you will have a better understanding about how your life experiences have influenced and affected you and to help you find healthy coping skills to use in times of need. Life can be unpredictable but you do not have to do it alone.

My specialties, background, and personal interests
My clinical training has mainly consisted of working in private practice and community mental health. I have experience working with adults, children, families and couples who all experience a variety of mental health concerns. Aside from being a therapist, I enjoy being in nature, going to the beach, hiking, trying out different restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
