My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strength-based, with a therapeutic style that is compassionate and genuine. I utilize evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches.

Why I love this work

One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is seeing my clients gain insights, make positive changes, and engage more fully in their lives. My clients inspire me with their resilience and perseverance and I feel grateful to be able to assist them toward greater psychological flexibility and well-being.

What I want for you

I believe in my clients’ potential for change. The therapeutic relationship is a unique context that can facilitate such healing and growth. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand their experiences, connect with their values, engage in effective behaviors, and lead fulfilling lives.
