Becca Crowley, AMFT

Associate Marriage and Family
Therapist Supervised by Doug Newton LMFT121451, AMFT143742

I work with couples, individuals, and teens who are searching for a safe space to deepen their understanding of themselves as they navigate life’s challenges. Some of the areas I help clients with include relationship issues, grief, anxiety, stress management, sexuality, and intimacy. I believe that to best understand ourselves, we must first understand the systems and stories that have shaped us. Together we can explore old belief systems, core wounds, and narratives that might be blocking your path towards a more full life.

My approach

I work relationaly and intuitively, with humor and compassion. I am committed to comprehensive, trauma informed, client centered care. I believe you are the expert in your experience, and I am here to bear witness on your journey towards healing.

Why I love this work

I believe we heal in community and the root of this work is centered around connection. Being able to work as a therapist, facilitator, witness, companion, and space holder for those healing themselves consistently continues to inspire me. Working with people in this capacity has taught me so much about resiliency and the power of relationships. It is an honor to work so closely with people in such a deep way!

What I want for you

My wish for clients is that they leave our sessions feeling more aligned with their authentic selves, more empowered in the choices they make, and less alone in their journey.

My specialties, background, and personal interests

Some of the areas I have experience in and feel best working with include relational & attachment issues, codependency, sex, love, & intimacy challenges, anxiety, depression, stress management, coping skills, substance abuse, trauma, and grief.
