About
I work with adults, teens, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, burnout, stress, and relational challenges who are looking to understand their patterns and make meaningful change.
My Approach
My clients say they appreciate my direct and non-judgemental style, for example examining and reframing negative thoughts and old narratives in ways that help them feel stronger. I use evidence-based and experiential techniques including Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT.
Why I Love This Work
I love working with my clients and seeing them overcome challenges and reach their goals.
What I Want For You
Therapy can help you listen to what your emotions and body are telling you and make changes that matter in your life, relationships, emotional regulation and mindset.
My Specialties, Background and Personal Interests
Alongside being a psychotherapist, I am also an executive coach and a doctoral researcher at the University of Ocford, leading research on interventions for work-related burnout, stress and anxiety. Before becoming a therapist I was an executive in Fortune 50 companies for over twenty years. I am also an avid hiker, certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and certified yoga and meditation instructor (RYT-500).
