About
I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, adjustment issues, cultural and immigration stress, perfectionism, grief, and relationship or attachment challenges. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. They want to feel more grounded, confident, emotionally balanced, and capable of handling the difficult moments in life.
My Approach
My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and rooted in acceptance. Healing unfolds in a safe and supportive space where emotions and inner experiences can be explored without judgment. I integrate evidence-based practices, culturally sensitive care, mindfulness-based techniques, breathwork, and motivational strategies to nurture healthier coping skills, more fulfilling relationships, and meaningful shifts in day-to-day life. My approach is holistic, considering emotional, cognitive, behavioral, environmental, and cultural factors, along with mind-body practices, to understand each person’s lived experience. I also incorporate elements of the PAC (Parent–Adult–Child) model to help individuals recognize the different parts of themselves, strengthen their grounded Adult self, and bring more compassion and balance to their inner world. Together, these approaches support a journey toward relief, grounding, and lasting resilience.
Why I Love This Work
Being able to support people in moments of vulnerability is a privilege I deeply value. I am constantly inspired by the courage individuals show when they reach out for help, and I feel honored to walk alongside them as they discover new possibilities for healing and growth. This work is more than a profession for me; it is a calling. I have always felt drawn to understanding people’s emotional worlds, and my own life challenges have deepened my compassion, empathy, and commitment to helping others. I bring that heartfelt connection into my work every day, creating a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for as they move toward greater clarity and resilience.
What I Want For You
I hope to help each person move toward a deeper sense of peace, confidence, and emotional clarity. I want every individual I work with to feel supported and empowered, with tools that make life’s stresses and challenges more manageable. I believe that even the smallest steps forward can open the door to meaningful transformation, leading to a life that feels more fulfilling, connected, and aligned with who they truly are.
