Dr. Jessica Foley is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California with over 20 years of experience largely serving adults in neuropsychological evaluation.

Her educational background entails undergraduate work at Harvard University in social sciences and psychology, graduate work in clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University specializing in clinical neuropsychology, internship training in clinical neuropsychology at Brown Medical School, and postdoctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology at UCLA School of Medicine.

She was formerly an instructor at Harvard Medical School and clinical neuropsychologist at VA Boston Healthcare System. She is currently a full time assistant clinical professor (health sciences) of Neurology and attending neuropsychologist at UCSF School of Medicine/Department of Neurology, serving individuals who have sustained a variety of neurologic insults, including traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, tumor, movement disorder, neurodegenerative disease, and stroke.

In private settings, she also has many years of experience in evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disability, and psychiatric factors interfering with academic, occupational, and other aspects of everyday functioning. She is a diplomate with the American Board of Professional Psychology and the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology.
