My approach

Providing a safe space for your healing, growth and self-exploration is my number one priority. I approach my clients from a place of non-judgement and unconditional support, striving to give you a sense of companionship during this sometimes difficult journey of life. I use a combination of Evidence Based Therapy techniques (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT Therapy) from a compassionate, person-centered and solution-focused base.

Why I love this work

Witnessing clients become empowered, take control of their lives and find meaning is extremely rewarding. It is a true privilege to be part of that journey.

What I want for you

My goal is to help you find the life that works for you, with an understanding that that looks different for everyone. I would like to aid you in identifying what you want to change, who you want to be, what you value, and then support you as you map a route to get there. All while learning to be kind and compassionate to the parts of yourself that are not yet there.

My specialties, background, and personal interests

I have experience working with adults and teens with a variety of presenting issues, including; interpersonal/relationship problems, low self-esteem, cultural issues, mental illness, and life transitions. I am also certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
